Thank you for your interest in DH-Homes Northfield, located in the heart of the Southwest Houston Jewish Community. If you visit over the weekend, you will experience a warm and welcoming neighborhood that makes us all feel like one big family.

The Southwest Houston Jewish Community is home to a growing, diverse mix of families, and the number of people attending our different shuls and day schools reflects that growth. As the kosher market grows, options in Houston expand along with it, and we have an increasing amount of groceries and restaurants all just a short drive away.

Northfield is a built-to-suit development, meaning the buyer decides on a property location, floor plan, interior, exterior selections, and upgrades, and construction begins as soon as we start the selected phase.

The homes are designed specifically to the needs of an observant kosher family. Standard kitchen features include two of the following; large under-mount stainless steel sinks, ovens each with holiday/sabbath mode, microwaves, and dishwashers, a 36-inch cook-top and a refrigerator with holiday/sabbath mode. The dining room is large, and the ground floor includes a guest/flex room. The second story consists of the primary suite that accommodates two queen-sized beds, a spacious, luxurious bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The standard secondary bedrooms are large enough to fit two ex-long twin-size beds, and the laundry room is spacious with lower cabinets and a sink.
